lingxian got come today. teach her baby freeze, but still can't. lOL

after he reached le, we take bus 145 go queenstown cc.

den we start trainin lo

we teach kwan yu baby freeze, side baby & 6 steps. he learn quite fast la. we train train till abt 10 den kwan yu go back liao. lol. today i head stand till head got baluku. den my shoulder and fore arm there also got baluku. pain lei.

after reach redhill, we go train breakin again la. so nice:D that time, Fayth say she also wan learn. den teach her lo. marsya don wan learn. she say her pants dunno whateva la. say freeshow or something.lolsss.... FAYTH!!! u learn fast sia.!! wth! pro la u. go hme practice ar. she today learnt baby freeze, side baby and 3 steps:D good right.

after that i try do forearm freeze like sok la. den it don look like forearm freeze. sok said it look like pike. pike should be wit hand not forearm. den i do wit forearm. so it was like, "huh?" new thing that i learn without notice. but nxtym i muz do properly la. cuz forearm freeze nicer:D

that was when i tried to forearm freeze and become forearm pike. i tell u its hard to do lei. but it feels shiok after u know how do:D ps that i cover my face. LOL.

after tat time started raining alr. so wait lo. we talk abt ghost thingy den marsya everytime kana scared by sok. HAHAHAHA:D so poor thing. den i whistle den they 3 slap my leg sia. haiz... should pity me. LOL

den trained and talked till 6++ den marsya and fayth go hme lo. we had i nice day today:D fun lei. den sok teach me top rock and foot work l8r on. den i love that move. it so nice to do it and look nice:D hahhaha

after training le we go eat dinner at redhill market there. he ate 2 plates of satay bee hoon sia. eat alot. actually i also eat 2 plates la. LOL... i ate one plate of satay beehoon and char kway taow. dunno how spell la. lols.

sensei alex bring a 1 cm thick plastic board. that one can break. den can put back again.
like jigsaw puzzle type de. but den the board damn hard. onli can break when abt 80 or 90 kg step on it
i step also cannot. cuz i onli 61 kg-.-
i know i veli heavy. LOL
